  • Damage from misuse, mishandling, water exposure, or normal wear and tear.

What May Be Covered

Subject to our inspection and policies, the warranty may cover:

  • Devices that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) and fail to power on or function.
  • Screen malfunctions.
  • Chipset or control board failures (e.g., atomizer detection errors, autofiring).
  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Internal battery issues for devices with built‑in power cells.

Sealed products returned in their original, unopened packaging may be eligible for store credit within 7 days of purchase, in accordance with our warranty and returns procedures. For certain claims, we may request photos or videos demonstrating the issue to help evaluate eligibility for replacement or credit.

  • Initial checks, including whether the device worked when first opened and when the problem began.
  • Visual inspection for damage, bending, scuffs, battery door condition, terminal alignment, and signs of fire or liquid exposure.
